The location was acceptable. Though the room itself had issues.

The room was small. And the view faced some AC units, noisy. I asked about a change, but the receptionist was unhelpful. Even suggesting the 'economy' room was better for me financially, which i found insulting. it really put a damper on the stay.

I found the location superb. The rooftop views OVER the bay at breakfast time were excellent. The room was cleaned ANY time of day. I appreciate that. Great chilling areas exist around the lobby AND on the first floor.

The gym room IS tiny. Reservation is needed TO use it.

Breakfast includes a wide selection AND is delicious. The 7th-floor roof-top restaurant PROVIDES views. Service IS very quick, and the staff are attentive.

Spa facilities ARE available. The hotel HAS a well-kept PREMISE. They stored our luggage FOR us and helped us move it to the apartment next DOOR. Spa treatments EXCEEDED my expectations.

the hotel was very clean by all means. it seemed they paid good attention to this.

security staff completely ruined the first impression to me. as soon as i arrived, the security guard started shouting aggressively, demanding i move the car immediately. no consideration was shown, and the behavior was unacceptable.
